Ignored after the sale
I purchased a pontoon boat, Adam at the time of the purchase was my first contact. When describing the boat to me I asked if it had a change room as this was one requirement the wife wanted. I was assured there was one. After a few more calls and questions to Adam and him not knowing them, I started to deal with the owner. All dealing went well with him and did not ask about the change room again as Adam said it had one. Ive sent numerous emails in the last while wanting this issue to be dealt with. Also the seat cracked this summer and am getting no answers on this as well. I was told Adam was new when I complained about their salesman not knowing much about the boat. Getting very frustrated.
